# Shared flat charter

Commitment forming an integral part of the rental contract. 

The communal areas are cleaned once a week by a cleaning lady. Individual rooms are maintained by the tenants. Pets are not allowed. 

Non-smoking flats. 

Entrance to building locked by coded key + intercom. 

A laundry room is available (washing and drying machines, clothes line). 
For each tenant: 1 wardrobe, 1 shoe rack and 1 letter box. 
In the attic: storage space for suitcases, etc. 
Bike storage available.
